AlgoReps is a product of Krispy Beetz Labs. These terms govern your use of the AlgoReps website, app, and related services.
You may use AlgoReps only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your activity, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, abusing shared infrastructure, scraping protected areas, or using AlgoReps for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Some features require an account. Paid plans may include recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and changes will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Lifetime plans provide access for the duration of the AlgoReps service and do not guarantee continued availability if the service is modified or discontinued.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pricing, plan details, and feature availability may change over time, but changes will apply prospectively and will not affect prior purchases.
AlgoReps is designed to support interview preparation and retention practice. It does not guarantee interview performance, job offers, or specific learning outcomes.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the service, other users, or Krispy Beetz Labs.
AlgoReps, including its branding, software, design, and original content, is owned by Krispy Beetz Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Problem titles, references, and external-source links may belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those parties.
AlgoReps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krispy Beetz Labs disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krispy Beetz Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use AlgoReps after changes take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
